Burger King

OMG!!! If I could give this place a Zero Star I Would this has got to be the worst drive thru experience ever how Sad that such a known place like this could offer such POOR quality of food! I went thru drive thru as I was having a hard time understanding the lady on the speaker I drove up to the window and explain to her that all I wanted with a side salad with Caesar dressing now mind you I’m only there for a side salad and yet I had to wait in the drive thru for about 4 minutes as she’s back there telling the cook or helping the Cook that it’s only a side salad she then comes back to the window and says sorry for the wait we were making your salad well it was in the bag and the bag was closed since she had taken a while I thought nothing of it as I’m getting closer to my house I open the bag to make sure that the dressing and croutons where in there I pull out the salad and I am in shock I mean in shock to see what that salad look like they should honestly or should I say the manager should be embarrassed for handing out something that looked the way it looked! I Drive all the way back to Burger King and ask for my money back and ask to speak to the manager just to find out that the person who gave me that salad was the actual manager I told her and I was furious that she should be embarrassed to be delivering a salad like that and that if she thought it was worth $ 2 now mind you it’s not about the money again it’s the principle of the matter I also did ask her if she would eat something that looked like that and she said I will make sure it doesn’t happen again we will supervise more now remember at the beginning of the story she was back there helping the cook make that salad that’s the sad part! I will definitely not be returning there!

So i came to this place and went to drive thru, As i drove away i noticed that my fries werent as fresh as they should be but i figured wth ! I didnt wana go back, So i get home which is less than 5 minutes away frm this place, open my sandwich and realized it wasnt fresh at all either took a bite and realized there was a small black hair inside my sandwich !! How gross is that? !EWW! They gave me old food and besides old with a hair inside? My one year old daughter was already eating the hard fries that they gave me and i had to take them away to go take the food back (which she was really upset about) I get there very calm and told one of the guys wat happened and he apologized to me right away and asked me if i wanted my order fresh again i said, No thanx its ok i want my money back and he got the person in charge to help me, This B juz turns gets the money out of the register and gives me the money without saying a word ! I stood there like really? I didnt even get an apology after they gave me old food with hair in it? WOW. The cashier gave me a better response And shes suppost to b the person im charge? Wat a joke ! I work at a restaurant as well and i sure as hell dnt treat my costumers that way. I wasnt looking for anything else but an apology really. Im not a problematic person at all but wow. Never again will i b going back there again, so if u come to this place WATCH OUT FOR HAIRS, Old food and the worst management service ever !!

That soda machine sucks! It doesnt give ice and the soda tastes like crap.

Worst Burger King ever. Been here twice in the last week and they can’t seem to get an order right. Sucks when you pay so much for a tiny croissant and they can’t make it right. You ask for a biscuit and they give you a croissant. Paid for the new croissant with everything and they give you a regular croissant. They have the coke machine with the million combinations but they never have any of the flavors. Not even regular diet coke. My soda had no gas or flavor today. Waste of money go somewhere where they take pride in what they do. If it’s your only option check your order is 100%. Never again.

I have to give them an A for effort. We ordered some nuggets and a chicken sandwich off the value menu. We waited a really really long time in the drive thru window for it. The cashier was nice enough to offer us a free drink or free fries for the wait. People don’t do this anymore– they make you wait forever and upset you and don’t offer anything but a half hearted «I’m sorry». This guys A+ for trying to correct the error.

This place is a joke. Im surprised they haven’t shut down yet since they’re always out of food… I used to like burger king until i moved to this location. So convenient cause its walking distance from my house but yet its always out of stuff. Can never place an order n not have them say «sorry we’re out of that right now». Why even have a menu up. Basically its false advertisement putting up a menu n not having the items on it.
Freaking ridiculous place. Their management team needs to step up n do their job cause its obviously lacking on doing inventory n being up to date. I seriously don’t know how they run this place.

I love Burger King BUT this Burger King service is ridiculous. One time they literally gave me my soda cup with the bag they use to cover the cups inside the drink!!! How were they not gonna notice the cup wrap was still In there??? You would think I would never go back to this place after this but I DID, and only because it’s 2 min away from home. I went in the night and there were no cars in front and they still made me wait like 10 – 15 min in the second window to get my food. The food was cold You would think it would be hot after I waited so long. I’ve never went back. I drive about 10 more minutes away to the one on Tweedy for hot Burger King food and good service.

I don’t normally review random fast food joints but this one took the cake. I met there with a client who lives in the area and decided to patronize the business since I am using their chair and buy an iced coffee as well as a regular soda for my companion. I literally stood in front of the register a good 10 minutes because the cashier was nowhere to be found as she was basically also making the fries, mixing drinks and cutting lettuce all at the same time. When she finally attempted to take my order, she kept fidgeting with the register and seemed confused as to what button to push. Hence, another lady came to take the order instead and informed me that they are out of plain iced coffee (at 9am). Anyhow, within a half an hour of sitting there, I needed to use the restroom but found that i need a token to get in so I asked the worker for one who then proceeded to look for about 3 seconds for a token and immediately said «sorry, I can’t find it». WTH? I need to use the darn restroom so you better spend more than 3 seconds looking for a token to let me in. Come on people, get your stuff together!

One car in front of me at the drive thru. Why am I waiting for over ten min? I could have stood home and cooked my own breakfast.

Every time I go The guy that works drive thru at nights always forgets something it never fails
I love Burger King but because of him I dnt even go I pay for my food but never get the complete meal
It’s not that busy for him to forget like that
I know how it works i I use to work at a fast food restaurant myself
He just needs to pay attention

The customer service is great but the food is not… went for breakfast at about 9am and ordered 2 meals… the croissants were good but the fries were freezing cold… oily cold food is disgusting

Okay so I pull up at the drive-​thru hungry as hell. They place my order and guess what? There’s 2 cars in front of me and we did not move for at least 20 mins i had turn my car off! Now the line finally moves and they gave the people in front of me their order and i pull up and they tell me my total and check this out… the girl read me my order PERFECTLY, no mistakes. I get my food and as i’m driving out i check to see if i really recieved my order correctly and guess what?! I’m missing and order of fries, WTF? So i walk in and i tell the guy at the register my missing item and he gives me this ‘You’re lieing’ look? I’m not desperate for a order of medium fries why would i lie?! So he gives me my order and i take off.
I give it 2 stars for poor service and food quality. The ‘New Thicker” fries are actually worse than the old fries. Bad job Burger King. I was really disappointed.

Ok, so Burger King has never been my favorite fast food joint, but the employees here seem to really care about customer service. 1) The girl taking our order suggested the $ 2.99 chicken sandwich special when other places would charge you more for getting the same thing at regular price and 2) when we ordered an iced coffee on the side the manager allowed us to nix a drink from one of the orders which was pretty cool cause they could have been jerks and made us keep three drinks. All in all they were polite, professional, and they stuck to the motto «have it your way.» It’s hard to complain about that. Great service. 5 stars.

I hate writing bad reviews but i feel that this is a must
this places is never busy at all EVER! which you would think ok cool i can order fast and get my food really fast but that isnt the case Once u come inside the cashier always ignores you for some weird reason as if they are angry you came in and ruined there day? You walk up to order and have to say excuse me then finally when they take your order you wait for 20 min for your food because its so dead they dont have anything prepared! you finally get your food and realize they didnt give you any ketchup for your fries! (what kinda burger place doesnt give ketchup for your fries) so you get up and ask for ketchup but they only give you 2 packets and say if you want more its 25 cents!
but in all fairness the food was ok it wasnt bad the inside was clean except the restroom it was as if a homeless man lived in there!
they have a soda fountain so you dont need to ask for refills
I am a fair guy so i gave them 2 stars for being clean and the food tasting ok hopefully they get there act together because i use to love Burger King and they recently put up a sign that read «Under New Management»
