I was selling my house in the city and needed to find someone I could trust. I reached out to an old friend that recommend Rachell. As soon as I contacted her she was super nice and totally took care of everything for the sale. I didn’t even have to show up to the closing. Rachell is an absolute joy to work with! She made the handling of my time-​sensitive and complicated house closing in Evanston a non-​stressful and positive experience. She contacts all the pertinent people and agencies, handles all of the paperwork, shows up at all the pertinent meetings. When I was getting overwhelmed and vexed with the ups and downs of the appraisal and title agency processes, Rachell was a calm and steady voice in a seemingly unending storm. Here is one of the most remarkable examples I can share of the trustworthy and exceptional person she is: When the time finally arrived for our closing meeting with the buyers, their attorney, their real estate agent, and their bank loan officers; I was not able to attend the meeting. I was completely engrossed in packing up my house. Since a seller (me) is not required to attend the closing meeting, but a seller’s attorney is required to, Rachell attended the meeting on my behalf. I trusted her to take care of all of the processes and issues that can come up in a closing meeting, and in some cases even delay the closing meeting. Rachell was a fantastic advocate on my behalf at the meeting, and she ensured that the closing went through completely and accurately. She then delivered my large proceeds check back to my house and hand delivered it to to me. I’ll be honest, I was a bit nervous about trusting someone with this large check, and my mind was a bit concerned about not being at that meeting to receive the check directly from the title company. However, when Rachell kept in constant contact with me from the closing meeting, let me know when she was leaving that meeting, and then personally delivered the check directly to me at my house, she only reaffirmed the truly exemplary, professional, and wonderful person and attorney that she is.

Working with Rachell on our closing was fantastic.
