I will never recommend Dr. Daniels or Dr. Geoffrey Van Thiel, who also work under Ortho-​Illinois. Horrible medical treatment and no medical ethics by these two doctors. Beware. Make sure you check with IDPH of Illinois.

Crystal Lake Orthopedics took care of my hand (dislocated finger and broken bone) just this past month. Check in was very smooth, staff was super friendly and asked all the right questions. Clean and very comfortable office in Crystal Lake. Dr. Izquierdo saw me right away, was very knowledgeable and professional, and there was no waiting. Hand is all fixed up after following Dr Izquierdo’s instruction. Highly recommend!

I broke my ankle playing softball while living in Chicago. I wanted to find the best Orthopedic Doctor in town. After some calls and research, I determined Dr. Rolando Izquierdo was the best fit for me. His knowledge and personality were a perfect match. I certainly did not mind traveling out from the city because of the great care I received from both Dr. Izquierdo and his staff!
