I wasn’t satisfied with their customer service. Al was very rude. He offered no solution to the issue that I had. He was disrespectful when I chose the wrong paint –and made some kind of noise at me as if I should’ve known which paint to choose.

I have been in and out of Lloyd’s over the last few weeks and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Vickie is very talented with design and helped me make my final choices. This is difficult for me but she made it fun and easy, taking into account what I wanted to express in my home. Thanks Lloyd’s!

The people at Lloyds were great! We bought a bunch of paint and stain there when we took on the massive job of painting the outside of our house. The house is cedar and stucco so we needed a lot of advice on which paints/stains/prep work to do and now our house looks great and I expect it will stay that way for a long time. They carry a great product and when we were going to purchase the products they suggested we buy it a week later because they were having an annual sale. That saved us a ton of money! Plus it took us about 4 months to paint(in our off hours and weekends) They let us have the sale price for the whole project but we were able to make smaller purchases of paint as we needed it! Great customer service!

Support your local small businesses, and go to Lloyd’s for your painting and wallpapering needs instead of Menards, Home Depot or Ace! You won’t be sorry! The staff is far more knowledgeable and patient than the folks at the big-box stores. They are super friendly, and they really take the time to help you. They have high quality products at competitive prices. I love the fact that they carry zero-VOC paint. The big-box stores claim to have this, but if you read the labels, you’ll find that it is really low-VOC paint. Not the same thing… still contains carcinogens. Another thing I like about Lloyd’s is the fact that they keep a record of the paints you purchased and what room you were painting at the time. So when your kid draws on the walls or you accidentally ding the wall while moving furniture, you can just go back to Lloyd’s, and they’ll mix up a bucket of the same color. Three cheers for Lloyd’s! My family has been visiting them my whole life, and we’re never disappointed.
