This was mine and my husbands first time here! Just have to say for a casual quick sandwich this is the place to go! The gentleman behind the counter (wish I got his name) was outstanding as to accommodate to ours and others needs/​wants. I informed him when we were there that it was our first time, he was genuinely accommodating. Even when we were eating our meal he went out of his way to check on us.
The sandwich was very good and customer service was outstanding. We will definitely be back! Thank You

I see this place is almost four years old — I would not have guessed that — the place seemed very well kept. The day I was there, everything moved fairly quickly and I was out in about 5 minutes. Great sandwich as I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s.
Staff was pretty nice as well. I noticed a few disparaging comments in other reviews — maybe I was lucky or they weren’t — or maybe the crew there now has stepped up. At any rate, I’d be happy to go back and likely will sometime soon.

3 people behind the counter… One standing at the register staring into space, while the other two were making subs but moving rather slowly. An empty restaurant with 4 people in line. We waited 5 minutes without our order taken before we finally walked out and went to another restaurant. Quite ridiculous and unfortunate because the food is usually very good. This is now the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with this company. The first time it was so dirty we didn’t even want to eat the food.

The girls in the store were awesome. I have never been so they talked me through the menu. Showed me the sizes and bread choices. told me the fan favorites. were over all friendly. just what you want to see in a business. I would hire this crew any time. They also made me a great sandwich we have the #17 and #43 I think it was a Philly and a supreme roast beef turkey cheese bacon. yummy. I will be back.

Okay if they sliced the beef or provolone any thinner … there would be none ! No wonder why they let the same person slice it, they probably get a bonus.

Great food. Have been eating here for years, the employees have been beyond nice. Went out of their way for me. Very clean. They go out of their way to make sure everything is good. It can be a little chaotic during lunch hours, which is expected but definitely worth the wait.

I love this sub shop! They slice meat and cheese right in front of you do you know it’s fresh. Got to get it mikes way too. Saved half for lunch the next day and bread wasn’t even soggy, but not sure how with all the olive oil on it. Can’t wait to go back!

There’s no doubt their food is very good, but I have been in here a few times and each time I am treated like I’m not that important to them. Maybe it’s the time of day or the day of the week but the servers act like I’m bothering them when placing an order. If I’m going to spend my money on an over-​priced sandwich then I’d rather go to another sandwich shop. I’ve given them multiple chances and decided after yesterday’s interaction (my wife was treated rudely) that my family will never go here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The subs are always awesome. The people who work here are some of the nicest I’ve ever dealt with. We had them cater my son’s birthday party for the 3rd year in a row recently. Everyone loves the subs — they are always a huge hit! I want to mention that Chris is always especially helpful and most of the reason we keep coming back!

I went here for the first time as a result of a fundraiser for the Food Pantry. I was able to buy a regular sized sub for $ 2 for this promotion, and I was very happy with this price. However, I would not pay full price for the sandwich since they’re very expensive (about $ 7 for the same sub). I got the Original Italian, Mike’s Way, and with all the toppings (minus the jalapenos). It was very tasty and it’s my favorite sub place. I’m kind of a frugal spender… so I will only go here when I get a coupon or some promotion is going on.

Hot or Cold, they’re all extremely tasty!
The first time we tried Jersey Mike’s I had the Club Supreme and I knew we had our new sandwich place to replace Subway/​Jimmy John’s.The second, & every other time since our first visit, I’ve ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. I haven’t had many other cheese steaks to compare, but it is definitely my favorite hot sandwich.

THE BEST SUBS EVER! I love a number 9 it’s my favorite by far. I love the bacon they put on the sandwich, I also love it mikes way. I also love the chipotle cheese steak it has some amazing flavors. My boyfriends favorite is a number 13.
The staff at this location is amazing to. After having sandwiches here, I’ll never go anywhere else.

So I’m a newbie here. I was a bit apprehensive when I first looked at the menu but the behind the counter staff made me feel at home. They took the time to explain everything and said they can customize my choices. Anyhow, I ended up with a mini… nice size. and because I was a first time visitor they handed me a free cookie.
The only real negative I have of the place is the 2 door arrangement. As one opens the wind blows through and my sandwich froze.

BEST SUBS E. V. E. R!!! Get a 13! My personal fav! The employees rock too. Super friendly and outgoing! Tip them and they ring a bell for you, my kids favorite part! And they always give my daughter a free cookie cuz she’s cute! ;) can’t say enough good things about this place! A must go!!!

Best Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. Store is clean, staff friendly and efficient. I placed my order online which was easy and it was ready when I came by to pick it up. Ordered a Cheese Steak with extra meat and they actually put in on, (another Jersey Mike’s I ordered from did not). Sandwich was delicious.

Love that the meats and cheeses are sliced fresh, other than that, eh. Seems to be a case of too many people making your sandwich, especially if you are getting more than one sandwich. You tell the first person what you want, they get the bread, slice meat and tell the next person, who puts the meat and cheese on and passes it to the next person, etc. Twice I have had 3 people asking me different questions about the different sandwiches I was ordering all at the same time. I expect my kids to try to talk over each other, I don’t need or want that when I buy a sandwich. Not worth the headache to deal with them for a sandwich that didn’t really WOW me. Well, I did say WOW, but it was not a good wow.

Sub sandwiches are pretty good here. Lots of meat on them. Nice patio too.
Place is still pretty new, so it’s been fairly crowded each time I went. So… a little better than Jimmy John’s I think, definitely more crowded. About the same as Subway in terms of quality, maybe even a tad better. Way better than Quiznos.
