Our server Giovanna was not good at all. Every time we needed something she would walk away as we were talking to her and telling her what we need just to go talk to employees in the little corner, also we would get our food and never see her again. Not only were we waiting for our food for 30 minutes, the table next to us who sat down right after we ordered drinks got their food instantly… Shitty shitty waitress and shitty shitty organization… Horrible experience.

Went here a few days ago, Sat the 12th for dinner. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and my wife ordered the 5 wing snack. Forty minutes later… no food yet. Table next to us arrived approximately 20 minutes after us and received their food in approximately 15 minutes. We cancelled order and went across the street to Boston Market. Time for John Taffer and bar rescue to visit this Buffalo Wild Wings.

I am always impressed with the service here, always prompt and friendly. The only issue I have is the inconsistency in the size of the wings. Sometimes they look like they are butterfly wings, other times they look to be almost turkey wings (slight exaggeration) it makes it had as a customer to order the right amount of food — sometimes I leave hungry, other times I leave with food to go. But the sauces here are great and they keep me coming back…

Ok place to sports-​socialize, but the expensive wings keep getting smaller and harder-​fried every time we go. The smaller independents (Wings Etc/​Wings n Rings) are installing more TVs and still have good wings. Unless you like little burnt chunks of chicken bits, try one of the other guys first.

Great service however I was annoyed that they allowed a party of 15 twelve year olds sit in the bar while their parents sat at a separate table… the kids were running around all over the bar. They should’ve been seated on the restaurant side… I worked at bdubs and I’m pretty sure it’s against their policy to have juveniles in the bar. Overall annoyed… and shame on the parents for not reprimanding their kids when their behavior began to interfere with other guests experience

I was there this past Monday during the afternoon for lunch. It was my first time visiting this location and looking forward to some good wings. I had the worst waitress!!! She was a thick beach blonde middle aged crab ass., to say the least. I must have asked to many questions because if I got one more eye roll … Seriously! My food was good but will not return the service is something this establishment should review

Took a while for someone to come to the table. But when she did, she was good. Food order took forever. Fries and boneless wings… that’s what you do so why did it take 40 minutes? Chair was wet, ketchup was empty, service was slow and wow… have the prices gone up. And then the grilled chicken we ordered came to the table fried instead. Nearly $ 50 for lunch for parents and 2 kid meals and no alcohol. BWW better step up the price/​value ratio.

Holy stampeding children Batman! Moms apparently left dads to babysit and dads decided to pass the buck to Bdubs. Ugh. My best count is 13 unsupervised kids whirling about in a high octave squealing vortex. Dads can’t peel themselves away from their Booz long enough to notice the kids wrestling UNDER our table. Wait staff said nothing to dads despite almost tripping over children at every pass.
So. None of this is Bdubs fault right? If this was a one time occurrence I’d shrug it off. But it’s like this EVERY. TIME. WE VISIT. Although tonight was an especially nasty experience. I feel as though, at some point, it’s okay to tell a customer to step up the parenting. Or you know, parent at all.
The food was good. The service minus the kids was good.
This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

We showed up about 2 in the afternoon. They were so busy with baseball teams. The manager Ray House was extremely helpful. Gave us a complimentary appetizer! Are server Gladys was such a great personality!!! It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had!!!

I owned a restaurant for 6 years and can tell you that the way this place is run, is a prime example of what not to do to be successful. Service was horrendous, we had to ask other waiters/​waitresses to ask our server to get us drinks. Our food took forever and when it came out it was cold. The music was so loud it was unintelligible. The food was over priced for what you get, small portions, and not that good. I’ll pass from now on.

Big box wings. Hey, it’s great for a lunch (ranch chicken wrap is my go to). Everyone know what it is, and what you get. They have enough sports on to keep anyone’s attention and if that is not enough you can play the trivia games they have throughout the restaurant.

Other than the wings we have never been impressed with the food. Tonight the food was good as well as the wings. Our waiter Bryan was fantastic. They have regular specials and many beers on tap. We stop in every month or so but really enjoyed our experience tonight. Our waiter was very good with our kids and all around great at his job. We will definitely be back.

Booths are definitely not fat friendly! Lol… My fave was the asian, not a big fan of the garlic parmesan. Potato wedges with cheese are so delicious!
I wasn’t really expecting to get «full» on wings, but paired with the potato wedges, I ended up going home with leftovers.
The environment is really loud, probably best for a night of drinking and revelry with friends. Not really the type of place you’d want to go for a romantic date.
