7-Eleven

Every time I stop in here they are very nice and helpful. When I am at the laundromat and want a snack or coffee, I stop in here and get what I need.

7-​Eleven is what it is. A major chain of convent stores offer little to review with the exception of location and quality. This site is located off the main intersection make entrance and exit simple. The store appears well kept, clean, and stocked with what you would find in 7-​Eleven.

I live down the street so it was always convient to run into 7 – 11 for a pack of cigarettes, even though their prices were more expensive than other places i could have gone. After the current owners took over the store, the owner was ALWAYS there and was always so nice; i loved going in there… until recently. I had noticed for the 6 – 7 months that the same lady that would be working was always SO RUDE! never said have a nice day or anything (ive worked in customer service for over 10 years; im a huge advocate for great customer service) and it kept turning me away. Now, the cigarettes i buy are Camels. they have either have a promotion of 75cents off already on the pack or send me coupons. with that said, i had realized after 4 consecutive days of paying attention to my receipts that every single base price for the cigarettes were different. i have 4 reciepts that show 4 different base prices (they should all be the same) and 4 different total amounts. now, 2 of the 4 were of the same promotional 75 cent off on the pack (no coupon needed), yet they were different end prices. another one was with no coupon and the 4^th was with a 75cent coupon. now please, tell me how in 4 consecutive days i paid 4 different prices??? REALLY?! then, last week, my boyfriend went in there to buy 2 packs of camel cigarettes. he noticed that they upcharged the pack that had the promotional 75cent off and left the normal pack at the base price. AND THE OWNER WAS THE ONE THAT DID IT! he immediately said something and asked why they were charging him more for one pack (the pack with the 75cents off) and not the other pack. they guy tried pulling one over on him and told him the ones with the promotion are more expensive… no! all camels are the same price just like all marlboros are the same price; doesnt matter what kind you purchase. lets just say, i have been boycotting 7 – 11 since december and would rather spend $ 1 more across at the marathon than EVER step foot in that rip off 7 – 11 again. i will make sure i tell everyone i know about this crap so they dont get ripped off too!!!

Best foutain drinks in Crystal Lake. They do not water down the mix here. I don’t care how friendly or not friendly they are as long as they keep that diet coke full strength!
