Not sure if cheap is better, but the customer service is lacking. The person answering the phone never identified the company with a greeting when she spoke. After explaining what I needed she was rude and said «Like I said nobody’s in the office». I had to rethink, she never said one word but huhh and uhhh, wow was my thoughts. But new this is not the place to offer my repairs to regardless if their cheap! Customer Service shouldn’t be sold cheap, quality should start when a customer calls your company for business. I work hard for my money and want the same from anyone I pay for any type of service or goods. DON’T USE UNLESS YOU DON’T VALUE QUALITY SERVE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!
