I actually used to like this location. Even though it’s in the hood, the food came out hot and the employees were fast and friendly. That all changed. Eff this place & all it stands for — which probably isn’t much — but still! I work down the street. My parentals and I stopped here after work because we were starving. I wanted to go to Popeyes but my mom wanted her frappé. She should have listened to my suggestion. We order at the drive thru. Everything on the screen is correct. We pull forward and notice that there’s a long line ahead of us. No big deal. I assume that it’s because of the time; everyone’s getting out of work and needs a quick bite. I soon realize that that is not the case. The line is so obnoxiously long because they’re messing up orders left and right. A young lady hands us a bag; my mom goes through it and realizes it’s not ours. The young lady hands us the frappé. I’m looking at it and I know it’s not the right one. We try to tell her that it’s wrong but there’s a lady that pulls up along side of us. She’s attempting to yell through our car to the lady at the drive thru window that she has the wrong order. She states what’s in her bag and what she ordered. They switched our orders. Okay. So we swap bags while we’re waiting for them to re-make the frappé. We look in the bag and realize either 1) that wasn’t our order OR2) the lady took stuff out of our bag before handing it to us. We tell the lady what happened and she goes to get the manager. Cool. Or nah. The manager comes to the window with a HORRENDOUS attitude problem. We explain what happened, her response? «Well why did you take the bag from her?» Uh, excuse me? «We could have taken it back!» No heaux, you cannot take that back. I guess you’re not ServSafe certified. It’s called cross contamination. Once food leaves the establishment, it can’t be bought back in and resold/reused. My parents finally have to go in because they can’t seem to figure this out. Instead of apologizing profusely for the ridiculous amount of time we’ve been waiting or for the mix up, they want to CHARGE my dad for the difference between what they gave us /what he ordered! AREYOU —-ING KIDDINGME?! I write to corporate. This location calls once but doesn’t leave a message. I call them back and can’t get a hold of a manager to save my life. I call corporate. I get a letter in the mail with ONECOUPON. I said you messed up 3 combo meals + a specialty drink and I get ONE coupon? Awesome sauce. I guess you all love hearing from me because guess who wrote back AGAIN and CALLED corporate AGAIN?! A-holes.

I’m only giving four stars because in comparison to other locations, this one has some damn friendly and fast staff. The food is on par with what you would expect. The only gripe I have is that I asked for extra pickles and they only gave me one extra one. Wah :(

I don’t really eat at fast food chains much, but when on the hi and need a quick meal, I normally would choose a McDonald’s chain. I have been to a couple of McDonald’s and I would have some ok or bad experiences. This McDonald chain is one of the best. The employees here are very courteous to me from beginning to when I exit their establishment. The employees were well dressed and groomed. They had smiles on their faces like they really enjoy the job they are doing. These are the attributes that many consumers such as myself love to see when eating at a chain establishment and also this would make it worth going back to give them more of our business.
