Not only was the store completely dirty top to bottom, it also had a faint smell of urine. If the store appearance wasn’t bad enough most of the obviously used clothes was overpriced and dirty, I could easily buy a department store jacket for the same price as a used jacket at family thirty. At one point I saw a shirt that was covered in old vomit, I understand that it’s a second hand store but it wouldn’t hurt management to at least make sure their clothes was in good condition.

Very poor customer service. Was excited to have a discount for sunday. Bottom of receipt says discount good for up to 100. I only spent 48 and explained to the lady that i did not have enough cash to pay for everything i had in my basket. Asked her to hold the items while i went home to get my credit card. She agreed to hold them. I drove accross town to go home and back in a car with no a/c stood back in line with 3 kids for 30 mins only to be told they would not honor the discount. Even though I hadnt come close to the max. Even the manager said there was no way to take care of me even though the young lady didnt tell me upfront i would lose my discount. Rude people and dont care about disappounting customers and wasting there time. Left without my other items. As a single mom I didnt have time or money to waste. Thanks for nothing. Shop here only if you want to be treated poorly and talked down to.

Family Thrift Store. DONATIONS support the Texas Chapter Paralyzed Veterans of America. I’m satisfied with the prices.

Very misleading with their«sale days». In order to earn any discounts, you have to spend money through the week first. Their selection was not great, but I did manage to walk out with a few gems. Be prepared to really have to look through a lot, as the items are arranged by color, not size. Not the friendliest staff either.
