Although the drinks are decent like at any starbucks, time management and quality make this one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Honestly, this would probably be a 1 star review had the staff not been friendly and polite. On one occasion I recall ordering a strawberry smoothie and waiting over 7 minutes to get it, despite the fact that I was the only customer inside (there were people at the drivethru). It’s terribly awkward having to aimlessly wander around the small store, looking at all the kitsch cluttering their product shelves, hoping to some fake deity that you don’t miss a meeting or appointment because of the slow wait times. Overall I’m just glad that this place isn’t any worse.

I can’t say enough how much I LOVE this Starbucks! The Baristas are superb… they always go out of their way to create the perfect drink– with a smile! The atmosphere here is great for working and visiting with friends :) They are busy, so you might have to wait but it is SO worth it!

This is the slowest Starbucks on the planet. I pulled up to the drive through and there were six cars total and three had already ordered. I waited 15 minutes!!! If I had to be somewhere there is no way I would have waited.
It is like this every time and it is no better inside. Almost worse.

Standard Starbucks.
1. Hard to find a seat because the turnover was low when I went.
2. Service was pleasant, and my drink was fine. Bathroom was okay also.
3. I had to bus my own table, and the other small, unoccupied tables were dirty also. Another patron made a joke about it.

Very slow. And rude. I’ve been through quite a few times since being employed here a few years ago and I understand that there’s a lot to being a barista But waiting 20 min in the lines outside and in is insane. They’re more concerned with complaining to one another about others. They may think they’re being quite and that customers can’t hear them… think again.

The slowest Starbucks ever! Staff seems more concerned about complaining to each other than servicing the customer. It’s too bad because I love Starbucks, but this location is just WAY too slow.

So today I went thru the drive thru and ordered a venti green tea Frap and a slice of Iced Lemon cake. When I got home to have my snack, I found a heated up cellophane wrapped piece of hard cake With the best before label reading oct/​21/​2014.
I called and asked is this what they mean by freshly made treats. It’s June and that is already stale. Also when I worked at a star buck (way back) They would have never handed it out like that. The girl who talked to me told me there policy changed a year ago on how they get and prepare their «baked goods» a store can have these frozen in back for 6 months before they reach the front. and it’s another 4 before they toss them. SICK.

I’ve never had a problem with quality from this site, only speed and I don’t know if I can even blame the baristas when this is the only Starbucks nearby to hit.
I don’t even bother going here anymore though, there is never a point in time when the drive-​through isn’t backed up and a line out the door.
I can swing through the Dunkin Donuts down the street in a third of the time.

They were a little slow the last time I was there and they ran out of breakfast sandwiches before 10 but otherwise the place is warm and inviting the internet is free and I love the return on investment I am getting from their stock.
