Not only does this store have lots of history but a great breakfast. Guess what makes the French Toast so good? Bet you cant. They have all that you need and great people working there.

The Crown King Store has been around for a long time… 110 years to be exact! I have been visiting Crown King since I was a child and my family built a cabin in 1990. It is a great escape from the heat and busy city. I am not a big fan of the new renovations at the store. It seems a bit touristy with the sandwich and ice cream shop and all the t-​shirts. But, they are catering to the large clientele of motorcyclists and first timers. The fudge is amazing, give it a try!

One of the oldest general stores in Arizona, it was founded in 1904 and still has that rustic feel. When you walk to the back, you see the window where residents go to pick up their mail. You just don’t find that kind of thing anymore! Pretty cool. The store is definitely built for tourists, and boasts t-​shirts, mugs, and bumper stickers that all have the Crown King name all over them. But there is also an area for fresh food, pantry items, beer and fresh fudge. Fudge! It is famous and they ship anywhere! The ladies working there are always super nice as well.
