Cherished Pets (Buchanan, NY) owned by Jo Ann Davis is a wonderful company. When our beloved dog passed away and we decided to cremate her, Jo Ann was there for our family through the entire process. It was a hassle-​free experience during a time of great stress and grief. There was never any issue getting in touch with her when we had questions and she responded to our emails and calls promptly (even though it was at the peak of the Christmas/​New Year’s season). What impressed us the most was when she dropped off our dog’s ashes; she stayed with us for about an hour getting to know our family and reassuring us that the feelings we were having are normal. We were delighted with her sincerity and her genuine concern.
