Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I called to let them know I was incorrectly charged for my recent trip and was immediately assured I would be sent a check for the difference. After a few weeks of not receiving the check I called back and spoke to the absolute least professional individuals I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After being yelled at for 5 minutes and told I would not be receiving the credit, the representative hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another rep who said that they would «look into it» and «give me a call back». Not that I expected to hear back from them but after expressing my concerns to the new rep I was extremely surprised in his lack of concern in the matter. Not just one but two classless, unprofessional, and incompetent employees.
