Rustic Furniture Depot

We bought two large items from Rustic Furniture — a desk, and a large sectional. The desk was made of wood that was not cured, so within a couple of months all the joints were splitting apart — we went through the warranty process, and they brought out a new desk, with the same problem, only they had attempted to putty and stain the joints to match. The sectional lasted less than a year, springs were falling out, seams coming apart, not to mention one of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture we’ve ever owned. It was in such bad shape after a year, we couldn’t even donate it, had to haul it to the landfill. People there are hit and miss, depending on the day — but overall, just not worth it

Bought a living room set and rug a little over a year ago. The delivery guys did all the set up and we’re friendly. Furniture still looks brand new (with 3 kids I’m impressed). Definitely recommend!

I had a really great experience with Rustic Furniture Depot and highly recommend checking them out. I’ve been to pretty much every furniture store in the area like Anderson’s, Weir’s, Dillards, Leather Sofa Co. and Nebraska Furniture Mart, but I ended up buying an entire living room set of 5 pieces from Rustic Furniture Depot.
This furniture store has items at all price points and the quality of the woodwork is very high. The employees are friendly and helpful, but they don’t push sales on customers the way that competitors do. I bought the items over the weekend and they were delivered to me in Plano for $ 59 right on time. I’m really happy with this purchase and the price I paid.

First time went bought bedroom set and lamp. Folks were very nice. Went back today to buy a lamp only and folks were rude and too busy on the phone with their personal business. That’s ok, won’t go back.

Pretty much the best furniture store on the planet. We just relocated to the area and will likely use them to do the entire house. Pretty sure it’s mostly family run and the fella we’ve been dealing with is just great. His name is Mathew? Awesome customer service and their prices for new furniture are lower than CL prices for used stuff.

Hubby and I have been here twice now to purchase pieces for our bedroom. Our king size bed has been amazing over the past year and we just added our dresser and night stands.
The night stands did have to be ordered and we are expecting them in 3 – 4 weeks. Customer service has been great for us both times we have been here (first time was a BUSY Saturday and this time was a Monday afternoon).
Definitely would recommend this place for furniture if you like the style.

We chose Rustic Furniture Depot for a sofa set last year. They have a wide selection of furniture and they always have great specials. We went out a few weeks before Thanksgiving and picked out the sofa set we wanted. We got a great deal and the furniture was delivered before Thanksgiving Day. We actually had some issues with the set, it creaked like crazy, the wood sounded like it was going to fall apart anytime anyone sat on it (even my 29lb son). So I called and they brought out a replacement. During the Christmas Holidays we had a lot of family and friends over and the sofas were still constantly creaking and at one point it sounded like the springs were broken, we called again and they were apologetic and again quick to replace the furniture again. I am VERY impressed with how they handled our situation. We obviously got a bad lot the first two times and each time I called they were kind and responsive and VERY apologetic, there was never ever a demeaning or annoyed tone. Because of their excellent customer service and their great prices we are Rustic Furniture Depot fans for life!

Bought a beautiful rustic bed from this place a few mths back. Love the bed and how incredibly easy it was to assemble. It’s heavy and durable. Only downside in the whole experience is the lackluster customer service. I’m not sure if one must be a regular as every time we went in, we wouldn’t even be greeted or asked if we needed help. But a few times a customer would be addressed by name and a conversation would ensue while my husband and I roamed around with not so much as a «you guys doing ok?» Oh well, we still love our guest bed.

Have been waiting two weeks for the credit for cancelling my purchase. Nothing. I can’t warm people strong enough not to do business with this company

This place is out in the middle of nowhere but there are always people there shopping. It has a pretty good selection and the prices are fantastic. The inventory goes quick. The last piece we bought from here had not fully cured and so still smelled of stain. We love the rustic look and there aren’t that many stores around selling this kind of furniture, so we dealt with it.
