Carter’s Heating and Air

Awesome service! We called Bryan on the 14^th of June, coming home from dinner with a group to our house for Father’s Day weekend. We used Carter’s before for preventive maintenance and to install a programmable thermostat (the cost for everything was to go to pass up). This time the group was without AC on a hot Alabama afternoon. We called him to come the next day, a Sunday the night before and he was there on time and proceeded to find the problem — this heat pump is older and I was so scared I was going to pay a fortune. Nope, went to Home Depot as well for the needed part and it was around $ 125 less than anyone would have predicted. Great service !
