I wouldn’t give this location any stars if I could. So we pull at the drive through, ordered a cantina bowl with steak and a twelve pack of regular hard tacos. That was the first time. Then she said okay what do you want in the Cantina bowl, so I said for the second time steak. Then she says okay, did you say you want a twelve pack of taco supremes? I say to her very politely. «Nope, all I want is a Cantina bowl with steak and a 12 pack of regular tacos.» She said okay and then put me on hold. When the person came back she said, and I quote, «what did you want in the cantina bowl again.» Now I’m aggravated and I said with authority, «STEAK for the 4^th time!» She forgets to turn her speaker off and says in the background, «Who’s She yelling at?» I am now pissed and I said, «Uhh excuse me, What?» «Yes I’m talking to you, I’ve only said my order for the 5^th time.» She cuts me off while im talking and says repeatedly in a rude manner, «Pull up when you’re ready, Pull up when your ready, Pull up when you’re ready.»
I said, «who are you talking to like that, you are something else dude.» I proceeded to drive up to the window prepared to let her know she will not speak to me like that but instead she backed down and said it was someone else who took my order and then she just got on the register… She completely contradicted herself by saying that because the whole second half I argued with her dumb ass. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back there again! I mean who manages these kids and trains them in customer service because they should be fired too! Was completely uncalled for how she was rude and disrespectful to me because of their inability and incompetence to take a TACO order that you press the picture button on the register. hello? Really. So done with Taco Bell I can assure you of that. WAIT it gets better, my total came to $ 20.29 I gave her cash $ 20.30 this chic proceeds to ask me if I want my penny back. Are you serious right now. I said, «hell yes I want my penny back, do you want it?» She seemed to think she was funny and gave me my receipt and penny. This girl clearly has no training, is disrespectful, rude and could give a crap less about her job. She doesn’t need to be there. But that’s none of my business. Stay away from the Cromwell Taco Bell on Fridays around 7 or 8, she’ll most likely be working there. You’ve been warned.

I gave this TB location a try for the third time. Each time has been disappointing. No one in line at the drive through, asked to back up while my order was prepared and would be called forward when ready, odd? Why make me back up? Provided my money and didn’t get my change immediately. Food was cold, veggies weren’t fresh. Too many bad experiences.

It’s a Taco Bell. Aren’t they all the same? I only went thru the drive thru here. It was past midnight and I think it was drive thru only. The menu for the drive thru was nice and easy to read and well lit. Fast and smooth live a drive thru experience should be.

First let me be clear — I LOVE Taco Bell. I just do. It’s my go-​to guilty pleasure. And this specific Taco Bell is what all Taco Bells should be like. My order was accurate and more importantly, my tacos etc. actually had the perfect amount of meat in them. If you frequent TB like I do then you know, sometimes that is difficult to achieve. Many TBs like to short you on the meat and give you tortillas filled with lettuce and lettuce alone. The service was fast and friendly, another thing that can be hit or miss at other TBs. So as far as Taco Bells go, this is five star all the way! I applaud you.

They were out of beans and wouldn’t sub out meat with potatoes without charging extra unlike the other times this has happened at other Taco Bells and they understood I didn’t it meat and didn’t charge extra. Lame.

Much better since the remodel. Was scared to go inside for a while, they had the same décor since I was 10! (Now 30). My only complaint is the drive through is super slow and they usually almost always mess up my order. All I ask for is no sauce on the Gordita crunch! It’s not like I want a million special orders! Yet this always proves to be a difficult task and I am often disappointed when I get home and can’t eat my Gordita. Something in the Baja sauce makes my face swell!

this was a super clean and almost fancy taco bell. I mean it’s taco bell… but as far as they go, this one was quite splendid. I keep suggesting that we we return on our trips from Boston (where we live) to Baltimore (my home) and on the way back. I will convince my boyfriend to return one of these days. ONE OF THESE DAYS.

Much better than the Taco Bell we went to in Massachusetts. Clearly where Taco Bell is concerned Connecticut is greater than Massachusetts.
When you’re on a road trip it’s hard to trust in a Taco Bell, but this is definitely trustworthy. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and did a great job making our food.
A good fast food restaurant is something to appreciate, and I appreciate this one!

I am significantly disappointed in this Taco Bell location. Having just ordered two burritos and two quesadillas, we asked for hot sauce as well. We should have checked our bag. We received our ordered burritos as well as our weight in hot sauce but no quesadillas. It wasn’t until we were home when we realized we received only half the food we had paid for. When attempting to contact this establishment multiple times, the phone was busy. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell as it clearly does not hold it’s customers in high regard.

Most polite staff ever! The food is always hot and my orders are always accurate. The food also tastes better than the other TB franchises that I’ve been to. Thery seem to adhere to a much higher level of quality and customer service than most fast food chains Thanks Cromwell Taco Bell, you are much appreciated!

Oh, the Cromwell Taco Bell! Easily one of the BEST-​managed Taco Bells around. I have never had anything but stellar experiences at this location. The employees actually seem happy and motivated to work here. They are always in a great mood, keep everything clean, are super friendly, and have never messed up my order (picky vegetarian). I just had Taco Bell at another location last night, but that really isn’t going to stop me from hitting up the Cromwell TB today. Keep up the good work — you are appreciated!

This Taco Bell is the absolute CLEANEST, FRIENDLIEST staff, most accurate best tasting order Taco Bell around.
The place is always clean, always being swept for crumbs and cleaned,
The staff is just the best, the manager is cool, and employees are respective and caring,
This Taco Bells food tastes the best outa all the other ones, the one in Middletown doesn’t taste good. This one is always fresh hot and good, always accurate.
They are good here, it’s not like work it’s like a happy well functioning family more than a fast food business.

Not much to say about the food other than the food is Taco Bell. If you’re hungry, a couple of soft beef tacos hit the spot. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican, look elsewhere. Hello.
Three stars because they don’t ruin the food, it’s clean (many Taco Bell’s can’t make that claim) and the workers, especially take-​out, are friendly and not jerks.

Best cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Tables even have outlets for laptops. Yum!

Yum! The staff is always polite
And accurate. I’ve only gone through the drive thru, and always happy. Only scary part is the T-​Rex climbing out of the roof of the car wash next door.

For Taco Bell they are one of the best. I alway use the drive in at this facility and usually late at night. My order is always correct and taste great. Even if there are a lot of vehicle in the drive thru, it always moves quickly.
