Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff! I could not be happier and the prices are reasonable. I truly will not bring my car anywhere else! Turn around time was great for a last minute issue!

I just called for a Fisher plow part as they are listed as an Associate dealer on the Fisher website. When I asked if they had the part number I was looking for the guy who answered the phone responded with «na they anit got that sh!%» I said you got to be kidding you must be an idiot to talk to a customer like that. His response was ‘How about you suck my D!(K. Unbelievable. I was only calling for a part for my plow. If the owner reads this please respond I would be happy to call you to tell you more.

Excellence!!! I went in for an emissions check. Couldn’t be happier I went here! Andre, the most attentive and friendliest service manager I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet — immediately noticed a major defect in my volvos undercarriage. The whole crew at Cromwell automotive saved me from serious damage and did it so quickly and expertly. I applaud Andre and everyone at this car place. They used to care for my jeep and I would never bring my vehicles anywhere else. Kudos Andre! Thank you Cromwell automotive! I will tell everyone!

First I would like to start this review with a positive. I brought my car in about 4 months ago for an oil change, and to have my brakes checked. I would give that visit 5 stars.
Now for my latest experience. I brought my car in on Tuesday because my tire pressure sensor light had been on for a few days. I was told that the tire pressure had been at 40 PSI and that could be the problem, so they set it lower. We went out to start the car, and the light was still on. I was told that the light should go off once the car was driven for a while. One day later, the light was still on. I brought the car to another service center on Wednesday, and I was told that all 4 tires were down to 25 PSI. They inflated the tires to the proper amount, and sure enough, the light went off.
I am hoping my experience at Cromwell Automotive was an honest mistake, and maybe their equipment was not working properly. I actually had high hopes for this place because I know people who had great experiences here.

Great place. Nice guys! They have a shuttle would definitely go again. Took my car there and I didn’t even have an appointment. They took me right away and drove me to work. Very helpful.

Overpriced and incompetent. Stay away.
