Poor Communication and ‘no showed’ an appointment, so I now find myself looking again for landscaping.
After speaking to Simple Lawn on 4⁄7 we set an appointment for 4⁄10 in the moring to review the work needed, they no sowed the appointment.
On 4⁄10 I waited to see if theyw ould call, so I called them around 6pm to see what happened — got the ‘we are sorry, missed your appointment’ conversation and we rescheduled for the weekend. I was told they would stop by (call first) sometime Sunday, no call and no show again!
Guess they are not concerned with gaining new business.
