Loving the new flavor flight option(choose 4 flavors) and the watermelon Jolly Rancher flavor!!! This location has two service windows and a large selection of flavors and combos from which to choose.

On two separate occasions, when purchasing Blendinis, they have made a mistake in the candy add ins! So after arriving home with ice milk-…had to call & turn around and reorder! Very poor service! Heath bar is not peanut butter cups nor Butterfingers! It’s not a difficult job to do! It’s bad enough that they still are charging you the same price as custard and it is now just an ice milk product! But to have repeated mistakes! Once is understandable — but 2 times in less than a month?

Typical Rita’s…great, reliable custard and Italian ice. Best flavor this summer is the passion fruit Italian ice — awesome as gelati w/vanilla custard. Lines are long on hot days, but worth the wait. No indoor seating like some Rita’s establishments, but there are limited benches if you are lucky enough to snatch one. Rita’s is the best summer treat that Maryland has to offer!

Nothing wrong with an ice cream, especially on a hot summer day. This place is seasonal(duh) and all chains are built the same. You walk up to a small tiny window, bend over and talk loud so they can hear you. If you’re not familiar with their products, they will help you. You pay and wait for your treat. They hand it out in the small window and you get refreshed with a good treat. Be prepared for the brain freeze if you get an Italian Ice.

Got our last-of-the-summer ice cream cups with sprinkles here and just gorged on it. While this is not the super delish ice cream you find at the beach, this is good enough to satisfy that craving for ice cream deliciousness…

This is a nice Rita’s. It’s right up the street from my work, I can walk to it in all of 5 minutes, which is fantastically convenient. I never stand in line long, and the service is friendly as can be. Generally, Rita’s is ok. I’m not a huge fan of italian ice, or ice cream for that matter, but this is some good stuff from any account. I recommend the Gelati. The frozen custard they put in these things is phenomenal. I tend to get the vanilla flavored ice, and it’s as good as vanilla italian ice gets.

Believe it or not, up until recently I had never been to a Rita’s. That changed the other night when my hubby surprised me with a pit stop there and a mango ice. Technically, I was cheating on my diet anyway, so the ice cream there wasn’t an option. I was just about to grumble a bit that I was getting the ice instead of the ice cream when all of a sudden it hit me: a burst of flavor that was so good, it could only be described as heaven sent! TRULY! It have any other dessert I could have wanted on a hot summer day a run for it’s money. Now that I know the goodness that is Rita’s, it doubt I will ever just drive by again with either making a stop or imagining what it would taste like if I had time to make said stop. Yes, Rita’s. I am a FAN! You might just earn another star after I try your ice cream, but for now, the ice alone gives you a solid 4! :)

Had a gelati with strawberry custard and red velvet cream ice. Sounds odd but it worked, the strawberry custard by itself was delicious and the red velvet actually taste like a good red velvet so it was a win-win.

Maybe it was just a bad day, but it took forever to give my order, as several kids where just talking and not paying attention to customers. Then, the order was completely wrong, and they just laughed and refused to make it right. I ended up dumping the order in the trash, which produced even more laughs. Besides being wrong, the order was inedible. One item tasted like 95% water, 4% ice, and 1% pseudo-chocolate flavoring. That’s a shake? Maybe let your first-time customers know what’s in your products, huh?

Best on a hot day, my personal fave is a passionfruit gelati.

Had the Coffee Frozen Custard in a cone. LUVIT!!! Like eating soft serve gelato. Soo light, fluffy, rich, and creamy. Was lucky to enjoy this delightful treat twice. Rita’s needs to open up in Cali. IT’S THATGOOD!!! They also serve italian ice in about 25 flavors. Frozen Custard and Italian Ice MMMmmmmmmm!!!
