Checker’s

I ate here once and once was enough. The burgers were so disgusting!!! The service was slow as well. The fries were decent, but not good enough to make me return.

Delicious menu with reasonable prices. Staff was pleasant, courteous and professional. Actually drove across 3 lanes of traffic at once just so we wouldn’t miss the always hot fries. Definitely must go back soon!

Fries were ice cold, cheese sauce had a brownish look to it and the the big daddy bacon burger double was cold and tasteless. This was not even during an odd time I got my food. It was smack dab in the middle of dinner time so I don’t know what their excuse for cold tasteless food. The dog got most of it. At least their soda didn’t taste bad.

Who doesn’t love a fast food joint that stays open until 4 a.m. on Fridays/​Saturdays :-\
Checkers fries make me happy and I will return for more salty fry goodness. That is all.
Whatever you do, refrain from ordering the chicken strips. The «strips» were dry, flat, and chicken-​esque (I was trying so hard to pretend I was eating 100% meat)… reminded me of cafeteria food from elementary school. Vomitrocious.

Ok there is nothing special about this place typical high calorie high fat burgers.
But the people who work here are pretty ghetto. There was one time i was here and the cashier was taking my money and one of his friends stopped in the middle of the road (blocking traffic) and yell «Hey nigga get me a burger». They went back and forth forth about 30 seconds talking. Now i thought this was funny as hell and almost died laughing! But i dont think other people would find this so funny. Not sure. Thats really my only notable event at this establishment.
Really nothing more to say. Its a checkers good place to go if its super late and you are hungry. (most of the time during the summer months its either teens, drunks or people who are high eating there at the tables super late).
Its never that busy i dont think Crofton was the best location to build this place, I dont see this place lasting more then 10 years with the amount of business it has.
