Balloon Odyssey

She did a phenomenal job for my mothers 60^th birthday. I mentioned my mothers theme was a high heel shoe, stepping into 60 theme. She not only did a wonderful balloon set with colors and themes, she also attached it to a small replica of the high heel shoe from the flyer! Phenomenal job

I initially contacted Eleanor from Balloons & More, but due to renovations she referred me to Jacquie (Balloon Odyssey).
My niece (who resides in CA) is turning 1 on 11/​23, so I wanted something extra special in addition to other gifts I’ve sent.
My first conversation with Jacquie was great! She seemed willing to help me accomplish what I wanted – a gift in a balloon with a specialty balloon bouquet. She immediately went to a store and took pictures of various things to put I’m the balloon (that’s where the 2 stars come in). Unfortunately after that first conversation, I had the hardest time getting in contact with her. She gave me her contact info (email, phone number) that was different than how she’d communicate with me – strange. And she never answers her business line (that’s posted on Unilocal). It seemed like I was always chasing HER for the sale.
After finally getting ahold of her on saturday, she said she’d call me on monday to process payment and get the delivery address. It’s now Tuesday (¹¹⁄₂₂), my niece’s birthday is tomorrow, and still no call or email from Jacquie.
What a bummer! I was really looking forward to surprising my niece, but because of the waiting game Jacquie played I don’t have time to find another company to help me.
