I didn’t scan through all reviews and missed the one saying this place closed. That is unfortunately accurate; it’s not there anymore. I put in my Gps and just drove out of my way for nothing. Hope this saves a wasted drive for some future Unilocaler out there…

I have been driving through Crete regularly for over three years now and never knew this place existed. Probably because it’s on a residential road in an old Victorian home and it appears like the owners must live on the second story. We walked up the steps slowly, trying to figure out if they were open. Even though the sign said«Open,» everything was dark. We were greeted by an elderly couple who were sitting at a table to the left. He got up as flipped on a bunch of lights and waited as we selected our ice cream flavors. They have 3 cases of Hershey’s ice cream flavors. Scoops are generous and reasonably priced. Service is friendly. They accept credit cards.

What do you do if 31 flavors aren’t enough? Go to Annie’s. I wish they advertised their food offerings a little more though; I went here two or three times before I figured out they have a pretty good lunch menu. There’s a small staff, so you may have to wait for service.

This place is a hidden gem! Had a baby shower in the tea room last summer. Very quaint & ecclectic. Nancy closed the shop for 3 hours for our event, the food was all home-made and very good. Had some favors that we were able to drop off the day before & they were all placed on the tables for us. They took VERY good care of us & made our event special & care free.

I have been going here since I was little. Only place you can find Blue Moon, bubblegum and THEBEST peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Baskin Robbins has nothing on this place! They also have a small dining area that is great for lunch or light dinner. It’s very cute and country. They also cater and host showers and parties at this location(it is small so best when you have less than 25 people). Annie’s is great and whenever I am in town I try and stop by!
