Best auto shop around. Brian and Mario are great. Had a ton of work done to my car and they were quick and efficient. Overall great work and very fair. Great guys too. Can’t beat great service and great staff.

This location no longer has Cruise America rentals as of 9÷15÷14.

I’ve been looking for a mechanic close to home for years now. This is a much harder task than I thought. I came across Roberts on Groupon and for a short while, thought I had found a mechanic.
I met the owner on several occasions and he is an incredibly nice and honest business owner. His main office guy Mario, is as well. They want your business and want to make sure you are happy with the service you received. My problem was that too often, I was unhappy with the work performed.
One of the challenges for me was that they are only open M-​F, 9 – 5. When I needed work done — it’s a day off. My expectation is that the work would be done right the first time. Unfortunately, three times in a row, it was not and it cost me quite a bit of extra time off as I had to return:
The first time I had an oil change and an air filter put in. Afterwards I could hear a vibration in the engine at high speeds. It turned out that the air filter wasn’t properly placed in the housing. Small issue
The second time I had new tires placed on the car. They told me I had to go to the dealer because the camber wasn’t to spec. On my way to the dealer, my steering wheel started shaking very strongly. I mentioned it to the dealer — they checked and the tires weren’t balanced (the dealer balanced for free). They also noticed that three of the four tires had imperfections in them. So it was back to Roberts. In all fairness, Roberts was very nice and apologetic and likely made no money off of this work. That is because every tire that they went to put on had an imperfection in it. It took quite a while to get it right. I believe I had to take two days off of work just to get new tires.
The third and final time I was back for an oil change. They mentioned that I needed new wipers. I said sure. The mechanic must have never checked the operation of them because when I tried to use them there was a pretty large part that didn’t even touch the window. They used aftermarket parts and forced something too big into the wiper. As a result it bowed and a part of it was never flush against the window. So again I went back. Again I received apologies and was told they would fix it. Then I was asked if I had some time because they didn’t have the part needed. I had finally had enough and said I would not be coming back. What made it worse was that to fix it I had to spend an additional $ 60 at the dealership.
Air filters and wipers are small issues — if things went wrong on these I couldn’t imagine what could go wrong with bigger issues.
The only reason I didn’t give one star was the owner. Like I said — honest and nice. He should probably look into the work his staff are doing. I can’t imagine that I’m the only one who this has happened to.

I rented an RV from Roberts for a music festival down in Tennessee. I called a few months before my departure date and Mario and Bryan both walked me through the entire rental process. They made sure I clearly understood what type of vehicle I was receiving and detailed every charge I may encounter. When it came time to picking up the RV on my departure day they even let me come early to pick it up. The RV I rented had a bit of mileage on it but it has been maintained well and ran like a champ. When I returned the RV the checkout process was smooth and extremely fair. My estimated costs were almost identical to what I actually paid. I recommend Roberts!

I rented a Cruise America RV from Roberts Auto Truck & RV Repair. The Staff there were very friendly, I first went there about a month before I needed the RV to see what cruise America RVs Had to offer, I inspected a 30ft RV that was very clean with very good tires and Rob one of the service adviser’s was very helpful he opened up the unit for inspection and I was very impressed. On April 18^th 2012 I went to Roberts Auto and meet Byran he is the person in charge and I couldn’t of meet a nicer person, Byran Walked me through the RV options and he was not in any way rushing the process. Byran took the time to make sure I was completely aware of the RV options and gave me many of helpful tips and warnings to look out for. For myself I am from the Automotive Field and I Knew most of the things he was talking about but it was nice to hear the straight talk and honest words spoken from Bryan. Thank you Byran and for the coffee which was very good !
