I’ve only ever shoped at Kohl’s 3 times and thus far I’ve had very wonderful experiences everyone was very helpful and very friendly until today. Today I went to store and everything seems to be going fine a wonderful associate helped me I wish I could remember her name but she was very pleasant and very friendly all I remember was that she was a pregnant young woman. Then when it came time for me to check out Beverly who rung me out was very rude and sarcastic and she made me feel like I was a bothering her. She did not greet me I had to walk over to her register and asked her if she was open and she replied that she guess she was open. she was not very knowledgeable about the products or services that Kohl’s offered as far as their rewards. if you are ever ready to be checked out and Beverly is at the cash register or in the store just avoid her all together because she is very rude and very sarcastic and she will definitely embarrass you and make you feel like garbage.

Great place to shop! Very organized and the staff are very helpful. I shop here all the time for clothes and jewelry. Customer service is excellent at this location.

Wow the sizes on shorts are really down to a couple. I guess I should have came earlier in the summer. The prices they have now on Haggar dress pants are $ 25 higher than they use to be with a buy on pair get another pair off. Sort of a bullshit sales scheme if you ask me. Too had I use to love how Khols use to do business. I will try shopping online and see if I haw better luck on there online site.

I visted Kohl’s Department Store in Crestwood this evening and sought to return/exchange a purchase I had made at the Tinley Park location; the cashier Teresa was apathetic at best;when I approached the service center she immediately said«what are we doing» instead of the standard greeting of «how can I help you»; I shared that I needed to make a return/exchange. Again she said what are we doing I said I’m not sure return or exchange what ever works best. Withhout even looking at me she returns the items with a curt thank you; I look at her and reply I would like to purchase these items; usually they process an exchange/credit and allow me to purchase the remaining items. I”m told by Teresa I’ve been here 5 years and we’ve never done it that way as she motions me to a checkout lane. Perplexed I ask«Can’t I purchase the items here; she says well I asked you what were you doing I’ll do it this time but next time go to the register. I’m amazed. As she begins ringing up the items I notice that she is not giving me credit for my 20% off; she replies that ended yesterday; I respond well why didn’t you just exchange the items so that I’m not paying a higher price; she says that not what you asked for. I’m in shock I decline to purchase the items and leave the store; as I’m exiting the store I decide to return and ask to speak to a manager; I’m referred to «Pat» who is less of a service advocate that Teresa I begin to explain what happened while Teresa shakes her head and mumbles no. .. no; I look at Pat and ask her is that acceptable behavior she says well I was not here when it happened. «Pat»; I say«I’m not referring to my previous encounter I’m referring to what you just witnessed is this the way Kohl’s wants it’s customers to be treated» again she responds I did not see what happened. Needless to say I left the store without purchasing my replacement items and fully intend to speak with Mike Asche tomorrow and inform him of the lack of customer service provided by his associates. I adore Kohl’s but plan to shop at the Tinley Park Store and encourage each of you to do the same.

Hassle FREE returns!!! Gotta love that. This store is usually pretty quick at the check out registers and floor help is any an isle away at most!
