The sales rep Laura was a doll. The large catalog selection she helped me with allowed me to pick exactly what I wanted.
Almost 4 months later, I have no furniture. When told the it was in, I agreed to a delivery date but they didn’t show. (Unfortunately, I’d given the old furniture away in anticipation.) Calls over 2 weeks to the delivery guy and recently to the store have not been returned. I’m sure the furniture will be fine, but the lack of follow-​through is frustrating.
