What little experience i had with the rest of the office was unimpressive.
However the work of Teresa Kraft is last to all. She is the worst agent Ive ever met, or even heard about let alone worked with.
Even the most outlandish fiction writer would not portray a worker as dedicated to obstructionism and deriliiction of duty as Teresa is for it would be unbelievable that such a person could exist in real life.
I suggest all people consider her involvement a non starter of any deal ie you’ll thank yourself if you insist as a condition of sale that she not be involved in any way as itll increase your chances of a smooth transaction by orders of magnitude.
