Our furnace had been«dying slowly» for quite some time. After reading Seeley’s reviews on Unilocal I gave them a call to set up a service appointment. Dan showed up right on time. He performed many tests to see if he could identify and specific problem that could be fixed with a simple part or repair. He determined that our firebox was not working, which necessitated in our replacing our furnace. This was really not a surprise as our furnace was quite old. Dan gave us a price that was more than reasonable and was able to complete the installation the same day. We can wholeheartedly recommend them! Stephen and Abbé I.

Bill B — Crestline 12÷22÷15 — DAVEBERGIS A SHAM!!! I I was unable to contact Seely because he is so busy. Dave Berg showed up on the Seely Heating &AC Unilocal sight, so I called him. Mr. Berg came immediately and assessed my heating problem, determining I needed a new Heating Unit for $ 1500.00 plus additional ducting etc. I was very suspicious about what Mr. Berg was telling me so I said«I would call him back after discussing his proposal with my wife». Luckily, Dan Seely returned my calls about 2 hours later and said was now available and made an appointment. Upon his arrival he assessed the problem and determined it was a plugged vacuum line and corrected the problem($ 140.00). This is not the first time I have been treated honestly and very fairly by Seely Heating & Air Conditioning and recommend them highly ******. MR. BERGNEVERMENTIONEDTHEREALPROBLEMOREVERLOOKEDFORONE!

Our A/C and heater would not turn on at all. I was worried that this was going to be a big, expensive repair. I called Seeleys and Dan came out the very next day. He replaced a fuse and reconfigured the wiring of the unit and had everything up and running again in less than an hour… He explained how the unit works and told us what to look for if it ever happened again. His fee was just the price of the service call. What a huge relief! Could not ask for a more knowledgeable, dependable honest and all around nice guy! There’s a reason why everyone is giving Seeley’s 5 stars. Great work — thank you!

I have used Dave on 3 occasions now. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Helpful, knowledgeable, and he saved me money. Not only that but the guy is just a truly good guy. I had a tenant that was supposed to be knowledgeable the first time that I found Dave. The tenant was going to try and find me a deal on a used unit cause he said my furnace needed to be replaced. I got a recommendation for Dave, and called him. Within may be 15 minutes he was on the phone to me explaining the problem and what was needed to fix it. He came back and did the job and the cost was very reasonable. I used Dave a couple months ago, and again the quick response time and clarity in communicating what my situation was, can only be categorized by the term«Good Old Fashioned Service.» In the simplest terms Dave treats people like he would want to be treated! Trying to take care of a second home that is not close by leaves one in the position of needing to trust a repairman when you can’t see what is going on. Dave is one of only a handful of people up in the San Bernardino Mts. that I have no worries in using him for work or recommending him!

I needed to get air conditioning in my Twin Peaks mountain retreat. Dave Berg gave me the best quote and superior service. He came out promptly to provide a quote. His quote was very competitive. I signed the agreement on the spot. He enlarged the air supply ducts, added second return air duct and grill, and installed a 3 ton unit in the existing furnace in the attic. The results were fantastic. He charged me $ 4,150 for the work which was an excellent price. I highly recommend Dave Berg for any heating or cooling work you may need. What great service. I just bought a house in Crestline and could not figure out why the furnace was not working properly. Dave Berg came out and assessed the unit. Within twenty minutes he had it blowing hot. But that was not the only problem… After building a brace for the air filter, balancing the air temperature with the fan speed Dave fixed the real problem. The unit needed a high altitude conversion kit so it would not cut off when the barometric pressure drops. The next day I was able to get the house up to 70 for the first time. We will have to see how it does the next time it gets down below 30 outside. Thanks Dave.
