I am a return customer. Since I heard from my friends that the man named Ha was no longer working there and now the nail shop is under new management. I decided to get back here to give them a chance. Now they really have a great customer services that I have never seen from Ha who was so mean and rude to me. They also did a great job with good prices. I definitely come back here again !

I came in four days ago and got a set of nails by someone named kelly. She didn’t normally work at this salon but she did amazing. If that was my only encounter I would have given them 5 stars. Today my nail broke while I was at work, so I went to go get it fixed. They look 40 minutes to fix one nail and the lady claimed she didn’t know how to do them after I told her exactly what was used. She told me there was no way I got them done there even though I was 100% sure I did. She was rude the whole time and now I am stuck with nails that don’t match. Will never go here again

I like this place a lot. With an appt I was able to get in a chair in no time and not a long wait. I love my gel manicure. I definitely will be returning. Gel manicure was only $ 26 I thought that was very fair.

I walked in without an appointment and caught them when they had an open chair. Lucky me, I guess, judging by some of the other reviews.
Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my nails, but she did a very clean job. I’m quite picky and she exceeded my expectations! Excellent work — will definitely be back. Thank you.
P. S. My only suggestions would be to consider closing the doors when the customers are inside. Not only would that lower the noise from the street but the smoke that blew in from one of the workers smoking up front would not be an issue. Also, any mellow relaxing music could do wonders for this place…

I’m thrilled that Crestline Nails & Spa is in the neighborhood. The facility is new and gorgeous! The chairs are comfortable and the wash basins are immaculately clean. The service is superb; staff are friendly and courteous. The prices are reasonable. I’m very pleased and plan to frequent the nail spa.

Beautiful newer nail spa. Great prices and Ha was friendly and did a great job. Ha, thank for being so friendly, showing concern for my needs and a job well done. A great end to a week long vacation. Did not feel rushed and was able to enjoy the time in the spa chair.

Wouldn’t see me even though they didn’t close for fifteen minutes, it is my understanding that you can still walk into a business at fifteen minutes until closing and still receive services. What was really rude about it, was he put his fingers to his throat and did a cutting motion and shook his head. I’ll go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

Let me preface by saying that, as a flatlander, I am particularly skeptical about the quality of services offered here in our small town and thus was reluctant to give Crestline Nails & Spa a try. My loss. Ha was fast, professional, and excellent at his job, as was the woman who did my seven-​year-​old daughters nails. I have officially found my salon.

I tried the Blue Jay Nail Salon next to Rite Aide. I thought they did a good job until I tried Crestline Nails. Wow! Way nicer salon and seriously the best gel manicure that I’ve ever received. I was lucky enough to have Ha do my manicure and he was great! He didn’t rush and did a beautiful job. Everyone is very friendly. I’m really picky and never take time to write a review. So with that being said… I will keep coming back. Finally the perfect nail salon in my own home town.

I just got my nails done here and I have no complaints! My manicurtist, Ha, understood everything I wanted and actually gave me as short of nails I wanted. It was refreshing because I feel like I never leave salons with the length of nails I wanted. Ha also spoke very good English, so we were able to communicate what kind of nails I wanted. This place is only 5 minutes from my home so I will definitely come here from now on!

Im a huge supporter of (the not affliated in anyway) Blue Jay Nail and Spa but I live in Crestline and thought I would try out this new spa. Its gorgeous inside and service was great. They did a fantastic job and prices are equal to Blue Jay. I will go again. Its important to support new businesses in my town so I’ll probably support both.

I called the last minute for my daughter and I and they graciously made me a appointment immediately. We arrived and were greated with a water bottle and a candy cane. We both got a pedicure, manicure and eye brow wax. It was amazing they took there time and did a excellent job. Rose was my manicurist and she was the best I have ever had. She treated me like a princess. I highly recommend her and give her a 5 star rating!!! This nail salon is AMAZING!
