Cute clothes — horrible customer service. Vacationers, avoid this place at all costs — or it will end up costing you. The merchandise return policy is very misleading, and the customer service is abysmal. The owner hails from New York, and hasn’t managed to leave the (bad) Manhattan attitude behind. Frankly, customers shouldn’t be treated like dirt on Madison Avenue, much less Elk Avenue. There are much better places in Crested Butte to buy clothes, ones that will leave you smiling and coming back. Needless to say, we won’t be back to Retail Therapy.
