Picked up a couple of brownies, a cinnamon bun, and their herb sourdough. All selections were DELICIOUS. Everyone behind the counter had that Crested Butte town-charm and was helpful and informative. Though I was only there for a short time the space was very warm and inviting and I would love to come back for breakfast/lunch. I will be back next time I am in CB!

Amazing organic food ! Tempeh breakfast burrito was delicious. Homemade nut milks. Very creative menu. Small portions but still gets 5 stars

This place is fantastic. After a 13 mile trail run I was famished and had a really great quinoa breakfast burrito, gluten free cookie, and coffee. It was perfect. My only quasi-negative feedback is the confusion between names/businesses working out of this space — The café is called the Guild Café, the coffee is First Ascent Coffee Roasters, and the bakery is Mountain Oven Organic Bakery. It’s a bit confusing, but they bring together an amazing variety of high quality baked goods, food, coffee, and environment. Stellar work guys and girls!

Totally made with Organic love! I had the fig rosemary scone. Best scone I’ve ever had. Also very much loved was is the sourdough cinnamon roll with buttery icing.

The food here was pretty good and I like that it is organic, however their $ 12+ burger was the size of a hamburger from McDonalds. I would need 2 of them to fill me up. I would be giving this place 4 stars if the burger was normal sized.

These kids know how to bake :) I hit up the late night food truck a couple of Fridays ago and had a cookie, brownie and some crazy awesome savory jalapeño cheddar roll(think Cinnamon roll but not sweet). The next morning I got a breakfast burrito that blew my friggin’ mind. All of the food is organic and some is grown locally. I live in TX and wish these hippies would come bring some delicious and healthy food to the ATX. This place is as good as it gets. It’s delicious. It’s cheap. It’s healthy. Not only that, they’re there for you when you stumble out of the local bar and need something to sop up the Pabst and Jim beam. 5 stars all the way!
