Ken’s Crescent Springs Serv

I met the owner when I attempted to turn around in a no outlet, got too close to the ditch, and I my tires sank into it.
My autistic son was in the back of the car, and the owner watched me try to get it out for about thirty minutes, commenting on how everything I did wouldn’t work.
He ever mentioned he owned the tow truck company around the corner or offered any help aside from demeaning comments about how I was never going to get it out.
Crescent Springs Baptist Church let out and everyone worked together to help get me out. Not a single person from that church left until my car was out of the ditch.
A neighbor brought me out water and snacks to help keep my autistic son calm while we got my car out.
Still no help from the owner of a tow truck.

I had a leak throwing coolant from behind water pump pulley that Ken’s fixed in one day. Replace water pump, serpentine belt, and antifreeze. Repair was «just» what I wanted, fixed the problem, and without any hassle. Appreciated the ride home when I dropped it off too.
