I have purchased twice from All Vacuum Center and I can’t say enough good things about them! Knowledgeable and trustworthy with outstanding customer service. These are difficult qualities to find in a business and All Vacuum Center is just knocking it out of the park!

Look NO further than Steve Cain’s All Vacuum Center. You get much more than a vacuum with him, you get a great trusted company with a long tradition in NKY. They are trustworthy and honest, and I would not go anywhere else. I bought my SEBO a year ago and we love it, its the nicest vacuum I have ever owned. If something goes wrong with it, which I doubt, I know Steve will treat my right.

I’ve had my Oreck upright for many years and never done any maintenance on it. Recently, it just stopped picking up things up even though it would still run. So I called and was happy to find out they worked on Orecks. I brought it in the same day, found out I needed a new belt and also agreed to have them fix the handle, which had gotten wobbly. I had it back the next day and it’s as good as new!

Exact opposite experience as Sarah D unfortunately. Bissell sent me here for a warranty repair after explaining EXACTLY what the issue was to Bissell on the phone. The joint where the brush roller and housing meet MELTED the *second* time the vacuum was used. There was melted plastic on the brush roller AND the housing. Bissell said«no problem, those are serviceable parts» and sent me to All Vacuum. After making the long trip to All Vacuum I was informed that this was a wear item(?!?). Uh, I don’t think so, it only vacuumed the floor once. This is a CLEAR manufacturer’s defect. I’m absolutely shocked he could even utter those words with a straight face. Complete waste of valuable time and gas to get out here and receive a completely unhelpful response. This was just a lower end vacuum we had purchased for work… but I can guarantee I won’t be buying a high end vacuum from All Vacuum *ever* and I’ll make sure to spread the word. Edit 7÷5÷15 in response to Steve’s reply below: Unfortunately, what you wrote is not true, Steve. You refused to service the vacuum and stated that Bissell would not cover it due to the brush roller being involved and that«that happens from hair getting trapped in there.» The low end vacuum is being replaced by Bissell *under warranty* after working with the second shop Bissell directed me to, who had zero issues taking the vacuum in for service or figuring out that it needed a replacement. And yes«low end» is a term I’m comfortable assigning to this vacuum due to a) the lower price and b) the fact it broke upon 2nd use.

I found All Vacuum after calling Dyson to find an authorized service center. Steve and Bill diagnosed the problem with my 7yr old Dyson within 2 minutes. When I asked if anything else should be replaced, Bill explained that for $ 139 he would take my vacuum apart to clean and inspect and replace any needed parts. The vacuum was ready within 24 hours and looked incredible! It even smelled great. When I got it home, it felt like it had been turbo charged. The suction was greatly improved(that’s what comes of not changing your HEPA filters for 7 years). This is a truly exceptional shop with amazing customer service.

My poor Dyson vacuum was making a terrible noise so I called Dyson up and they sent me here for a warranty repair. Not exactly an exciting errand. Well I found that the guy who works there very friendly and helpful and they had my vacuum all fixed up in no time. No problems since. When I finally convince my husband to get a new Dyson(or until then if my poor old Dyson starts acting up again) I’ll be coming back here!
