Wonderful experience with Sandra, the sales person. We were shopping for a bed and had a hard time making up our minds. Sandra has been so patient with us and made sure, without being pushy, that we knew all our options and the goods and bads of each choice. She was very knowledgable and made us feel confident with her and with what the store has to offer.

This is, hands down, my favorite furniture store in Crescent City. Even after dozens of trips to different furniture stores, including driving up to Brookings in our pursuit of the ideal living room set and home office we finally hit the jackpot! (Style and price), especially since they gave us such a great deal and financed us, we didn’t have to settle due to our current budget we were able to get what we really wanted (the higher end furniture) because momma bear gets, what momma bear wants. This is a cool store, what a mix of drop dead gorgeous furniture and the inventory is pretty amazing. These guys know about customer service. A special shot out to Sandra and Tom for welcoming us to the community.

I was so impressed with the service from this store. I was looking for a desk. The item I decided upon was delivered to Oregon (20 miles from the store) within two days, no delivery charge. The item did not suit my needs and I arranged to return it right away. No problem, I ordered another from their supplier and it was delivered within two-three weeks and the one to be returned was picked up at that time. Still no delivery charge. I believe this is a family owned business and has been in business for more than 25 years. I would send everyone here. AND speak to Sandra — the best!
