My heat had been out for two weeks while I waited for another company to send a tech. The other company’s tech failed to show up, and when I called, was told they had no record of my call, and I’d have to wait another 8 days for the next available appointment. Nuts to that! That’s when I called Frank’s Heating & Refrigeration. What a contrast! What a great company! It started and ended with Jose. He was friendly and professional. I was especially impressed when he offered us the use of an electric heater if he couldn’t schedule the service for today. As it turns out, he did schedule a call for today. The technician, Kevin, arrived only a couple of hours after my call. He was quite personable and professional, and very informative. He explained very clearly what the problems were and their causes. When a required part wasn’t on the truck, he had another employee expedite one to our house, which I’m sure saved a good bit of time. Kevin was fantastic! He’ll be my first choice next time we need of a tech. Afterward, Jose called again to make sure all was in order. This is the best customer service I’ve received in ages. I recommend Frank’s to any and all as occasion arises. Also, I’m nice and warm now. Thank you, Frank and company!
