If I could give negative stars I would. I have never received such poor customer service in my life, I have seen some bad ones being in retail for 30+ years but these guys take the cake. After coming back from lunch late and missing our appointment by 15 minutes the clerk then proceeded to take the customer who just arrived instead of us. I can honestly say I would not recommend them and will never do business there again!

First of all, this is located on 1044 Us Highway 101 N, and not on Burtschell St.
I got a brand new windshield! Called in for a windshield replacement — gave them my car info, such as car make, model, and etc… and placed an order for the windshield and came the next day. So, I bought my car in the morning. They told me it’ll be fix in a couple hours, however, that did not happen. They kindly called me up and told me that I could pick it up tomorrow in the morning and the reason for that is the weather is cold and the glue has not set in yet. I’m totally cool with that — I was more concerned for the quality of the fixing. The windshield has a 1 year warranty — only includes the glue job.
Yes, indeed Affordable Tow and Auto Care did do a fantastic job on my windshield, so far nothing went wrong. The total bill was about $ 350 — it’s pretty pricey, but worth it.
**OVERALL: So far, so good. 4 stars.
