Having played sports up to the college level I thought I had a decent base of work out experience. However after numerous exercise related injuries (low back, shoulder, knees) I came to The Way looking for help training without sacrificing my body in the process. After working out with all the trainers here and getting 1 on 1 instruction from Jaime, many of my injuries and issues have been significantly reduced if not cleared up completely. I only wish there was a place like this for me to go when I was younger to help avoid much of the pain and discomfort along the way. The programs they have for young teenage athletes could be especially valuable for anyone looking to learn to train correctly right from the beginning.

Not your typical ‘jump on a treadmill and get hit on by meat heads’ gym. A great place to work out with great trainers who actually know their stuff, and work outs that you won’t get bored with. Similar in style to a cross fit, but without the cult-​ishness.
