Went to this subway as it was on the way and don’t think I will be returning! As one of the employees was making my tuna sub I caught her licking the side of her glove! Also how professional is it to put a sign on a broken fountain soda machine that says ” don’t work ”! Signs of poor management!

Don’t waste your time with this subway. Had a problem here with employees and management being rude and unsanitary. Went to corporate about the issue and the manager from this location lied and told them he reached out to me and resolved the situation. Months later I inquire with subway corporate and they told me they thought I had already been spoken to. They put me in touch with the manager of this location and he did nothing but make excuses for his actions after he blatantly lied to me and to corporate. He’ll apologize all day for MY «confusion» but not for his actions. He blames the area as the reason he can not get friendly, clean help but my main subway that I love is the one on broad street in central falls, which has a much higher crime rate and they are nothing but friendly, pleasant and clean. This subway is right next to my house and I avoid it at all costs. Subway has a hard time keeping up with customer service issues because of franchisees like this one who owns a few in the area.
