I couldn’t wait to write this review tonight. I spent all day with Dave and Jay purchasing my new Jeep. I am so happy with the deal I got, with the quality of my new Jeep and most of all with the way my husband and I were treated. I usually DREAD purchasing a car because of the BS. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I felt like a red carpet was rolled right to the door for me. It’s New Years Eve and I thought we would be rushed, not at all. Quite the opposite, Dave went to Dunkin and bought me a coffee, Sam, the owner, came over to make sure we were be treated like royalty. I was so impressed. Needless to say, I bought my Jeep and I’m am taking it out on the town with my husband, VIP at the New Years Eve Gala, Convention Center in Providence. I am so happy that I will NEVER purchase a car anywhere else, Happy New Year… Richell

Well the car that was bought now has a check engine light, and the super loud squeak is back from the front end that was never fixed correctly and a knock is coming from the motor. All this and the car is still under the 30 day warranty so at this point we would like a full refund for the car.

A few weeks ago I bought a Subaru from this dealership and was helped by Barney.
First of all, the whole thing reminded me why you buy from a dealership and not some shmoe.
Second, the real measure of a company’s customer service is how they handle themselves when things go wrong, and these guys are legit.
After looking at cars all day, I agreed to buy my Subie from Sams within an hour of seeing it. Barney looked me in the eye and promised me that if I noticed anything wrong with it during my test drive, they would make it perfect before I drove home with it. Sure enough, when I noticed a bit of a pulsing while braking at speed, they fixed it, and not just a patch job.
A few days after driving the car home, I got a check engine light, one of those classic check engine lights that nearly every Forester gets at that mileage. Barney and the team there went above and beyond to make sure I came away happy, so much so that I doubt they profited very much from the sale.
I am incredibly happy that I didn’t buy a similar car from some dude as is, and frankly I feel bad that Sam’s kind of wound up with the short-​end of this sale. They could have done a patch job to make the engine light go away, instead they followed through on their promise that I would have a well-​functioning car.
