E xcellent service! The team at Safeway always tends to my requests for service quickly and efficiently, without ever a worry about being pressured to do repairs I may not need. (although they always give me a heads up when a factory recommended maintenance is due). I trust all my needed repairs and maintenance for my G8 to the guys at Safeway, from a simple oil change to technical repairs. Also, every service tech I’ve encountered there is respectful and polite, an unexpected pleasant extra! Prices are good… service and accuracy — priceless!

Greg and his team have always treated me and my vehicle with the care I would imagine they’d take for their own relatives! Competitive pricing; the BEST handling tires I have ever owned, a swift and thorough inspection process; a front end repair that solved an issue other shops had never conquered… I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with Safeway, and highly recommend it to everyone I can.

I wanted to take a moment to add this business to Unilocal in order to warn unsuspecting motorists from being swindled. My husband recently went there to get, what he thought was a quick inspection of his car, before proceeding on with his day. He was told his car failed (which was unexpected) and that the estimate for repairs would be $ 900. His car was then put in the registry and he had 30 days to comply.
Thinking the price was high, he looked online for the parts, and found pricing for the exact parts for a quarter of the price that he was quoted. Additionally, he visited another inspection station, and was told that, while there was some wear in the issues reported, it was not a failure, but that since it was reported there was nothing he could do. That inspection station then quoted a repair price ¹⁄₃ of the cost of these folks!
BUYER BEWARE: while my husband had no problem with needing to get these issues fixed, nor a problem with the failure being reported, he had a HUGE problem with the pricing of the repair services.
These folks are there for the almighty dollar, and have no respect for the customer, or any sense of honesty. My advice — get a second opinion. Better yet, go somewhere else!
