I have been going to Dr Polocek for sometime now. I have never had a bad experience with her or her staff. They are all very friendly and easily answer any questions I have. Appointments are easy to make as well.
The doctor has done fillers on me, Botox, and has always made me look natural. I trust her completely, and I will continue to go to her having complete trust in her as a plastic surgeon. She has always given me as much time as I need to answer my concerns, and I never feel rushed.

Dr. Polacek is excellent! I had Botox last week. Her office staff is kind and caring. They are all very professional and I the results were above and beyond my expectations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have had wonderful experience with Dr Polacek for Botox and found both her and her staff very caring and experienced. My Botox treatment was amazing. I have had Botox before and know a good outcome when I experience it. This was very, very good and I will go back.

Went there for laser skin renewal for my neck. It’s in the early stages of looking «crepey». After $ 2400 and a promise that the results would show up in four months (it’s been five) I have seen zero improvement. They did sell me on Skinceuticals, but they are expensive purchased through Dr. Polacek. Saved 33% by purchasing online.
But, this was an ancillary service, not performed by Dr. Polacek. She might be a wonderful surgeon, but, after the laser experience, I will look further before committing to surgery here. Don’t know about the value for the investment.

My entire experience with Dr. Lori Polacek and her staff was outstanding. Dr. Polacek performed breast augmentation for me. I spent a while researching doctors and found her to be knowledgable, professional and personable. The reults of my surgery were flawless. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Dr. Polacek for cosmetic surgery.
