I have been banking here for just over 2 years and I’ve never had any problems. Both my wife and I have direct deposit so our interaction with the staff has been minimal. The few times I’ve had to go through the drive thru, the staff were always friendly. I had an issue where someone got my debit card and made charges at an Office Max store in Illinois and the bank took care of it right away. They returned the $ 300 that was fraudulently taken from my account and issued me a new card. My account is a debit checking so I don’t pay any monthly fees as long as I make debit transactions each month. Really no complaints on my end.
