Malone Plumbing & Heating

I bought my house at the beginning of September and Malone has been here 4 times. Twice to give estimates for a laundry list of issues I needed addressed and twice to address the issues. Each time they have been timely, professional, courteous, and tidy. They’re probably not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. They honour their estimates and they do what they promise, and they offer suggestions for economical solutions to problems rather than simply charging ahead at full steam (and full price!). Each time they identified problems and addressed them and uncovered unforeseen problems and handled them with aplomb. On this last visit they sorted through a rats nest of wiring that had been installed on and around my boiler and came up with a solution that won’t break the bank. They’re coming back to address that. I give particular kudos to Eric — he’s personable, honest, knowledgeable, and creative. Plumbing/​heating issues can be a huge headache, but Malone seems to make them seem a minor inconvenience.
