Seems I had just the opposite experience as the previous reviewer.
I needed a few items for my bum knee recently (brace, cane, walker).
Good customer service, young gentleman showed me where all the products were and even got my mom some neosporin and a bandaid for a recent cut on her finger!
Nice touch — they have a restroom, which is clean.
I didn’t use any insurance but the transaction was fine. It did take a little time, there were several customers and the phone was busy.
All in all, I would absolutely go back if I needed anything else.

Had a prescription to purchase a medical supply, asked the associate if they accepted the prescription. He very rudely said no. I asked if he knows any where else that expects the prescription which should be covered under my insurance plan. He again rudely stated no we dont take insurance here and walked away!
Very unprofessional for a medical supply company!
I would not shop here again, this is probably why they had NO customers in the store!!!
