My wife and I met James Anthony when we were looking for a wedding photographer six years ago. We felt he was a talented photographer and were very confident and comfortable hiring him. Unfortunately, he became our worse wedding vendor. The night before our wedding, I received a call from a stranger stating he would be our substitute photographer for my wedding and that James Anthony’s girlfriend gave birth earlier in the week. My wife and I were happy for Mr. Anthony but we were disappointed that Mr. Anthony himself did not call, the business owner. On the day of the wedding, we only had one photographer that took pictures. Our pictures were awful. When we came back from the honeymoon, we contacted James Anthony. My wife and I shared our concerns about the pictures. We never received an apology. We never received a discount. To top it all off, we did not get our wedding albums until 15 months after the wedding. James Anthony is very talented, but he is an unprofessional, unreliable business owner. You only getting married once. I would hate for any couple to go through what we did.

We hired Mercury photo lounge photo booth for our wedding. We were overall pleased with the service. They were on time and set up ready to go. They were very accommodating when a couple of guests wanted to take some quick last minute shots. Only thing I would like to critique is I asked for a Tiffany blue background and was told that’s not a problem. I got a silver one. Not a huge deal just found it strange. More props would have also been nice!

Update: The photo booth was ok. There was a miscommunication about what time he would be set up by. At the last minute we tried to work something out to have the photo booth for the extra hour so that he would not be setting up during cocktail hour, unfortunately he was unable to meet me halfway on the price. Overall our guests were happy with the photo booth and had a lot of fun. We have fun looking back at our scrapbook.
