Just went in for a kids gift and the associate Ashley was so helpful, I told her my price range and the size and she immediately threw together an outfit will sale prices. She also made me aware of another coupon for my own personal shopping I was doing on regularly priced items.
The only reason why this wasn’t a 5 is the changing rooms were very dusty just didn’t seem as though they had been cleaned in a while and the store was quite slow at the time. Otherwise I have to say I was highly impressed with my experience!

I just don’t love this Gap. Yes, it’s huge and with that size comes major selection, however… It’s always a mess, and it’s always understaffed.
I do love the baby section and the body gear, but never once has there ever been anyone to help me, and the check out line is always long and slow, what with the staff that IS there hitting up every customer to open a Gap card, which takes forever.
As for the mess part, it really is. Their sale rack is totally unappetizing and most of the displays are disheveled, too. I guess this great volume comes great responsibility, and with a staff neither large enough or equipped to handle the floor, customers and items all a once, I’d rather spend my time and money elsewhere.

Because we all know the GAP, I’ll keep this one short. This location is big and clean with a mature staff. A GapBody is in back (my go-​to for PJs and panties) and GAPKids is connected. If you want to escape the mall-​drawl, Garden City is where it’s at!
