Culinary Affair is always on point! Gemelli pasta with tomato cream sauce is to die for! The lentil soup is amazing, and the homemade bread with keep you coming back. You have to try the fettuccine alfredo, it is the best I have ever had. Even though I usually get the same thing every time I go, I have tried almost everything on the menu and the food is just outstanding. Anything any other restaurants do, Culinary Affair does it better. The service is pleasant and I would highly recommend this restaurant. Price wise, it is okay, but you are truly paying for quality! This American-Italian restaurant is a diamond in the rough-don’t pass up the opportunity to try it!

Delicious food! Low key atmosphere with a great Italian menu. Salads and grilled pizza and pasta are the standouts! Friendly servers and great service. The field greens salad is tops! A great value for quality food.

This place is overpriced. I stopped by there for lunch and spent $ 20 for pasta with shrimp. The pasta was tasty but I would not expect to pay more than $ 12 for it… In addition their menu is very bland which is the opposite from what I’d expect from their name.

This place is a hidden gem! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve drove by it and until my aunt brought me there on Friday, I had no clue I was missing out on such amazing food and great service. I had a small salad with sirloin and sweet potatoes. YUM I will definitely tell my friends about this place and plan on returning to visit again myself! Thank you!!!

Always on the hunt for a new place to check out, I drove by this place and saw a banner that proclaimed«Creative American Restaurant». I was intrigued and thought, finally a place that’ll be different from all the crappy Italian places that litter Cranston like cigarette butts in front of Wal-mart. I shouldn’t have bothered getting my hopes up. It turns out«American» is just another word for«crappy Italian». This place was boring and uninspired, and the menu was typical of every other place in the area. There was nothing wrong with the food; i.e., I didn’t get food poisoning. But really, what’s the difference between this place and all the others in the area? The answer: these slicksters lied to me and said it was«American».

Such an amazing spot, nicely tucked in Cranston. I stop here every time I’m in RI. Awesome sauce for fries, great lunch specials.

Just left a wedding that was catered by Culinary Affair and the food was straight up delicious. The chef cooked on two grilled and made the most fantastic grilled pizzas(that potato pizza, OMG). Also other great apps like pork wrapped with cranberry sauce and in some kind of potato bun, shrimp and scallops. The meal itself was also delish, from the salad to the tuna steaks. I can honestly say I’ve never been to a wedding with better food or friendlier waitstaff and these guys are at the top of my list next time I need a party catered.

Culinary Affair is smart to have a small menu because they’re relatively proficient at what they make. The food is best described as amer-italian. They make a decent pizza, comparable to Papa Razzi, and offer some nice pasta dishes. I actually like their soups, especially their chili and am a fan of their pasta e fagioli. They also serve tasty homemade bread. Great for lunch!
