Bling Eyewear

Picked up my glasses tonight and worked with the owner Cesarina. She was very accommodating as I was arriving at 4minutes before closing. It’s so nice to shop at a small mom and pop business. Great selection of frames and they delivered way before the anticipated arrival date.

Went to check out some of the glasses and sunglasses today bling eyewear however it was very expensive and I could find the same frame and welds much cheaper!

I came in over the summer to buy my first pair of designer sunglasses; so happy I chose Bling! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they took the time to make sure they were adjusted to my preference. I also got a little goodie bag with a cleaning cloth on top of the one Burberry supplied me with. The sunglasses have been a dream and I haven’t even had the need to go in yet to get them adjusted, but the offer is on the table for a free adjustment should I need one. I would definitely come back here when I am ready for another pair. After all, you’ve got to take great care of your eyes!

I have been going to Bling for over a year now and I haven’t been disappointed once! The staff is very friendly and they always remember me even though I’ve only been there a handful of times. They are always courteous and have a great selection. They even ordered an extra sample pair of my contacts for me for this month because my new insurance doesn’t start until next month. The epitome of great customer service! I am very happy with Bling and will continue to go there as long as I need contact and glasses!

After making the monumental decision to replace my 11 year old reading glasses which finally fell apart after being sat on, stepped on, dropped and finally lost I ambled my way over to Bling. First of all the store is gorgeous, typical for Chapel View. I asked for some readers to replace my beloved ones. I was immediately helped by an obviously new employee who was very cordial and was being observed and helped by a senior member of the staff. After a few minutes of trying on various pairs I was handed the winner. Tried them on, didn’t make me look too dorky and signed the paper to have them made. When I walked in today to pick them up I was greeted by“Oh you are here to pick up your readers!” This really impressed me considering I had only been in the store once. I was escorted to a table with ultra comfy chairs and my new snazzy readers appeared with Todd making sure they were perfect. Bling you are a class act, I will be sure to tell my friends to visit you for their next pair of glasses.

I needed new frames and lenses and couldn’t find anything I liked at my old place. Checking around led me here, and I couldn’t be happier with my new glasses.
The staff took a lot of time working with me to settle on the frames I ultimately decided on, which was tough because I had three or four that I really liked a lot. I had no issues with my insurance and after my new glasses arrived they spent more time making sure I was comfortable with them as they are my first pair of progressives.
I needed to stop in a couple times since getting them to get minor tweaks done to the frames. Each time I felt welcomed and they made the adjustment quickly.
The store has a nice selection of higher end brands so if you’re looking for frames with a little style this is a good option. Very happy with the service and my glasses.

Went in today solely to look around as I have heard good things from a friend, well I was greeted by a very friendly Karen who took the time to go over some glasses with me and really nailed down my taste before i knew my own taste. I wanted to go with metal frames but she took to plastic tiffany ones, good lord i’m IN LOVE! she was very very helpful, who knew glasses came in different sizes? However I find that the prices of the glasses while don’t get me wrong some are priced awesome, others are marked up beyond mark up. I did a little research online and found a 480 dollar pair for 252.00, now I understand they may not come with a guarantee like the store offers, I may need to think on this one because that’s a steep difference. Also I would like it noted the entire. staff is sweet and the doctor, shes amazing. Got those damn eye drops in first shot no problem. Over all… I say this store is amazing I didn’t spend a dime, and Karen took so much time with me. even looked at my prescriptions on old lens to see the price. Just worried about the price mark up!

I went to Bling Eyewear on a whim and found a gorgeous pair of Tom Ford frames. Since I didn’t want to purchase the display pair, I asked whether it would be possible to order a new pair directly from the manufacturer. The staff was more than accommodating to my request. They placed an order with the manufacturer in Italy and promptly notified me when the frames were ready for pick up. Not only was I given a 20% discount on the frames, but I was told how to submit a reimbursement request to VSP for additional savings. Overall, the staff at Bling Eyewear is polite, professional, and willing to go over and above to make their customers happy. I would not hesitate to shop there again.

I have been a customer here for several years, and love the choice of products and personal service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my family’s eye care.

Many frames to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My sunglasses did take 3 weeks to get finish. However they were getting a special tinting and that’s the lab fault. However I was very happy with my overall experiance! I would use again and suggest to friends and family

Before I visited Bling Eyewear I was wearing some out of style unflattering glasses. After visiting Bling Eyewear I have a great looking fashionable pair of glasses I enjoy wearing everyday. I was so happy with my purchase I returned to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will be sure to visit again next time my prescription changes.

For a long time, I was put off by their name and crazy website. I had my eyes set (no pun) on a pair of Prada frames and from the list of places in my vision network, this seemed most likely to carry them.
I saw lots of styles from $ 40 to $ 400. The only Prada frames they had were sunglasses though. Its hard not to find something you like, and I found many. The saleswoman was nice, not pushy. I was deciding between 2, and she told me the more expensive pair didn’t look as good on me.
Cons: 1) At first they were a bit snooty about my insurance, acting like it was crappy. Pretended to know but were wrong. 2) Said they’d call insurance & get back to me next day. They didn’t do it until I called them a week later and they put me on hold to do it. And then it was «wow, your insurance is quite good!» Yes, I knew that. 3) When I picked up my glasses, the man was all friendly and offered to adjust them if I come back. So I asked, «Uhh, you can’t do it now?» And he just kinda made a quick adjustment while I stood at the counter, didn’t even offer me a seat. Good places take their time & feel up your head & stuff to make sure it all fits well.
I’m happy with my glasses but thought service was half-​assed.
Update: I went back to get glasses for my husband. They really do have some great high fashion stuff. He ended up with a totally unique frame from a Japanese brand. Again, service was just «meh» (I had to show them how to use their printer) but I’ll put up with it because I’m too lazy to shop around.

They have a decent selection of frames and a broad range of prices. My first time in I was scoping out the selection to see if anything caught my attention. I was in and out pretty quickly but was approached and offered help. I fell in love with a frame but always need to think about big purchases. I came back the next weekend and was helped by some one else. He proceeded to let me know the frames I selected really weren’t very good quality and didn’t I want to check out the Prada/​Gucci/​insert $$ here.
My questions is, if they are poor quality frames that the sales person really feels shouldn’t be bought WHY are they carrying them in their store? This really makes no sense to me. Makes me question the integrity of the store.
If I hadn’t already set my heart on the «poor quality frames» (which BTW are very cool!) I would have gone elsewhere. They got my sale but I will think twice before going back.
