The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too.
— Spent 15 minutes waiting for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees to be made.
— Guy in front me returns his breakfast sandwich because it is cold. Bad sign.
— Got our order wrong and they couldn’t care less.
— Guess what. My breakfast sandwich was cold.
— My coffee came out wrong.
— I got a different number of hash browns between my two orders.

Terrible customer service. It’s insulting that they would put people like that in front of paying customers. Last time I was there I walked out after being told I ordered an iced vanilla latte when I in fact ordered an iced vanilla coffee. The girl tried to argue with me, condescended the specifications I asked for, and was so unbelievably rude that I left. It’s unfortunate because this is a prime location for on-​the-​go individuals to stop and grab coffee. The private parking lot is so convenient, especially in a town like Cranford where they would ticket you for breathing the air if they could.

Are they open? Their sign isn’t lit. Yup, they’re open.
Walked in and they were mopping the floor (around 7:30PM). Simple order of coffee and a donut. Had to ask how I wanted my coffee again. She was acting like she didn’t want to be there and it was a pain for her to have to deal with me.
Donut was stale. Threw it away after one bite. Won’t be back.

I am a Dunkin Donuts connoisseur and I have to say that this is one of my favorite stores. At most DD you get good quality coffee, decent snacks and TERRIBLE service. However, this DD is different. The coffee and food is the same, but the service is EXCELLENT. Very attentive and friendly staff. I used to visit the Dunk in Garwood on North Avenue and that place became a disaster. I now visit this Cranford store exclusively and Gail, Monique and Efren keep me coming back. The owner of this Dunk really cares and it shows in the quality staff he employs. If you love the Dunk scene, don’t waste time at other stores in the area, just go to this one.

Other reviewers are spot-​on: the service here is awful. They’ve messed up my order multiple times. Some of the servers seem to be on another planet. The younger kids that work there are completely incompetent. Try to order from an adult.

The ice coffee is very inconsistent, and they have the tendency to hire staff that doesn’t listen to the customer. At this point I can tell when someone stops listening to me, and reliably predict what will be missing from my ice coffee.
They are quite possibly the biggest offenders of giving lukewarm ice coffee because they’ve failed to keep up with the supply. The ice is melted by the time I get home, and I’m left with warm ice coffee water. They must really think that the customers are idiots. I went there out of pure convenience, but never again.
