I’m reviewing this shop based on the products which are great. The soaps are amazing! I highly recommend the honey almond, rose petal, and the cherry. The owner is very helpful and always has nice selection.

It’s a shame that I had to give this store only 2 stars. I really like their selection of products. I went in there over the weekend and there were 2 employees and only 1 customer in the store. Not one of them greeted and welcomed me in the store. I walked in and there was silence. After about 5 minutes the female employee did ask if there was anything I was looking for. The owner just stared at me and said nothing. He did not give me a welcoming vibe at all. I shouldn’t expect this at a neighborhood store that only has 1 customer in it. All in all– I will not return and will not hesitate to tell others about my experience. I will not shop at a store with poor customer service period. I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I love natural soaps and we would travel to festivals and street fairs to buy a bunch of soaps at a time. During the winter months we would buy soaps at Whole Foods so when we discovered this store we were thrilled! There is a nice selection of not only soaps, but lotions and other natural products like deodorant and shampoo. The soaps last longer than a few other natural soaps I’ve tried and no nasty residue. I even found a natural fragrance spray for my puppy which I love because it contains no alcohol. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming. I love this place.

I recently found this shop by chance and was immediately amazed at the variety of soaps and bath items available. I had been looking for a lavender linen spray (I am annoyingly particular about my lavender scent) and this place had a really amazing smelling one that can be used as a spray to freshen up just about anything. The man in the shop (the owner, I assume?) was really knowledgable and talked to me for a while about English vs French lavender, as well as soy vs paraffin beauty and home products. He let me try some solid lotions and was overall very pleasant. I’ll definitely stop by this shop for birthday and holiday presents going forward — the prices are reasonable for a high quality specialty mom & pop operation, and I think that unique soaps and candles make nice gifts anyway.

Love this store, especially in the winter time. Their soaps are great, very moisturizing and don’t have an overwhelming smell. Their body butter is also great — I’m a big fan of the Vanilla Coconut scent. They also sell shaving kits for men which I ended up getting for my husband and brother for Christmas. Really nice to have a place like this in town.
